When you become a Wing Woman for the Undenaiable Sisterhood, I may call upon you to inhabit different roles to support and uphold the integrity of our community. These roles include -
- Fire Tender : Tending the fire means showing up in our telegram chat, sharing your voice, your truth, your expression. Being the first to respond to a sister in need and welcoming new sisters to the space
- Beat Keeper : These are the sisters who hold down the infrastructure of our container. If you're detail oriented, great at taking notes and identifying gaps, this may be for you
- Care Team : Sometimes a sister is REALLY moving through it. In those times, it's important that we tend to those hearts with intimate outreach. If you're inspired to reach out to a sister one on one when she needs extra support, this may be for you.
- Affiliate : The main role of an Undenaiable Wing Woman. As an affiliate we ask that you become an ambassador of this work and our mission, sharing the message with women in your life, marketing on social media, blogs, podcasts or other outlets you have access to.
