What We Covered:
We began this call by sharing a new development in the Undenaiable Sisterhood: For every every 50 women that join US, 2 recipients will receive a sponsored Song Healing Trauma container each year. The first person to receive this sponsorship is Tawiah's daughter, Saraya. We then spent some time sharing our thoughts on our relationship to social media. This conversation was inspired by a podcast Karyn shared earlier in the week that details "The Garbage Post Challenge" where you commit to posting 100 pieces of content in 30 days! During this week's call we explored the prompt: "Is there anything I WANT to do that haven't been do to fear?" If so, what is that thing, what is the fear, and what would be possible if we DID do the thing? This was inspired by Cat's tip around looking at our habits, understanding what serves and what doesn't and how to implement new habits that serve us best :).
